Business Development Executive - Remote
The Company
Global broker with fast growing Healthcare Division is looking to recruit a fully remote Business Development Executive. Our client is the market leader in provision of insurance to dentists with a product that is superior to all other policies in the market in respect of cover given and value. Due to the competitiveness of the brand and product the conversion rate from prospect to new business win is extremely high. Average performers in the role are picking up Circa £9K in bonus, paid monthly on top of basic salary.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating your own new business leads and scheduling new business opportunities. You will be managing your own diary and making sure all leads are accurately followed up as well as keeping the CRM system up to date. Another key aspect of this role will be to build and maintain relationships with clients either face to face or networking at events. You will be meeting with clients detailing terms vocally and with visual aids. You will be working towards achieving personal and team annual sales targets.
The Person
Our client is looking for an ambitious individual that is wanting to advance their career. This is a direct sales position so you will need to carry a high standard of professionalism when communicating, both written and verbal. You will need previous experience in sales and be familiar with working within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SME commercial insurance is essential and any knowledge of Professional Indemnity insurance would be advantageous.
