Our Client is looking for a Warehouse Manager in the Wellington area to start as soon as possible.
Shift:
* Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Salary
* £28,(Apply online only) to £33,(Apply online only) - depending on experience.
As a Warehouse Manger:
* Own the daily pick / pack / dispatch function.
* Ensure stock is prepared and available to pick in line with seasonal forecasts.
* Ensuring all operational KPI's and company requirements are met, tracked and challenged.
* Be instrumental in the day-to-day running and cleanliness of the warehouse, managing order volumes, daily workload, and continuous process improvement of the operation.
* Challenge existing processes, providing input on efficiencies and cost reductions.
* Address process deviations within agreed time-scales.
* Lead, coach, and develop new and existing warehouse team members.
* Maintain warehouse operational standards and processes and ensures all team members follow procedures.
* Responsibility for staff recruitment in-line with seasonal demands of the business and conduct appraisals and disciplinary processes.
* Responsibility for the FLT fleet.
* Promote and monitor health and safety compliance with regard to staff, buildings and equipment
