About the Role
To support a portfolio of Breast Tissue Banks, contributing to a comprehensive, efficient, and effective administration of Biobank clinical databases. In particular, use of Barts Health NHS Trust systems to obtain clinical and pathological data and upload to biobank databases, validation of data, identification of samples for researchers, and provision of linked anonymised information.
This role is full-time and fixed-term. It is based at the Charterhouse Square Campus in London and offers the opportunity for hybrid (i.e., a mixture of home-based and office) working.
About You
To work as part of the Breast Cancer Now Tissue Bank Team, being mutually supportive and covering duties as necessary during colleagues' absences and at times of additional pressure, as directed. You should have experience in working with patient data, ideally breast cancer and other breast condition related information. You will hold a minimum of a BSc or equivalent in biological science or allied health field.
