This role would suit someone who is AAT qualifed, or has an equivalent qualification, and has 3 - 5 years experience in a finance role either in practice or industry. The role includes: Purchase Ledger Reviewing the purchase ledger postings to include invoice posting authorisations Reconciling suppliers’ statements and resolving queries raised with branches and suppliers Processing Central invoices (Expenses, Credit Cards, Fuel Cards, etc) Credit Control Following up with customers on outstanding invoices / monies owing Working as a team to support the Company’s DSO targets Responding to calls and e-mails from customers and deal with their queries by discussing with the Surveyors and Contracts Teams Processing payments from customers Guarantees Producing and sending Guarantees which become due on a weekly basis Reassigning Guarantees to new purchasers in line with Company policy Accounts Ad-hoc accounts tasks as and when required to support the Accountant in their role Personal Qualities: At Timberwise we look for a balance of skills and experience but just as important to us are your values and behaviours.
