Residential Conveyancer - FromeSalary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE looking for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established high-street law firm? Our client has recently relocated to modern offices and is seeking a skilled professional to join their expanding residential property team and manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

* Manage a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
* Deliver exceptional client care, building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure all work complies with regulatory and compliance standards.
* Work independently while contributing to the collaborative success of the team.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years PQE as a fee earner in residential conveyancing.
2. Experience in all aspects of residential property, including managing your own caseload.
3. Familiarity with case management systems.
4. Strong knowledge of relevant legal processes and regulatory requirements.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
