Jelli Group is delighted to be working with a fast growing FMCG Health & Beauty company that has an impressive portfolio of consumer brands across haircare, skincare and bodycare.
What’s it all about?
You will be responsible for the development & performance of the Discounters, have full P&L responsibility and will be developing & implementing annual account plans and working with the UK Channel Controller to develop a long-term strategy for growth.
What you will be doing:
* Direct responsibility for the discounter accounts within the channel.
* Develop business plans for growth aligned to the company strategy.
* Identify opportunities for growth within existing & new accounts.
* Sales analysis and reporting
What we need from you:
Key Skills/Experience:
* Experienced National Account Manager - ideally from within the Health & Beauty industry
* Deep understanding of the Discounter channel
* Proven success in gaining distribution, negotiating prime display sites, profitable promotional plans and agreed account P&L’s
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally & proactively with internal teams
