What the Job Involves This role involves supporting the Senior Property Lawyer in delivering high-quality property-related legal advice and an advisory property and regeneration service. You will handle a variety of legal matters, including drafting agreements, preparing orders and notices, and advising committees. You will keep abreast of changes in legislation and case law, participate in corporate projects, and supervise trainees. You will also play a role in recruiting staff and ensuring performance targets are met, while maintaining effective relationships with client departments.
