Job Description
1. Managing the end-to-end logistics process, from manufacture to final customer
2. Leading and developing a high-performing logistics team
3. Ensuring optimal stock management and inventory control
4. Driving efficiency improvements across the supply chain
5. Collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries
6. Implementing and optimising ERP/WMS systems
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards
The Successful Applicant
1. A proven track record in logistics & supply chain, preferably with a manufacturing background
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarding, and international supply chains
4. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
5. Knowledge of UK and European logistics regulations
6. Strong inventory control skills
