Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Coordinator located in Cranbourne West, VIC. The Facility Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met, coordinate with service providers and contractors, manage budgets, and handle customer service inquiries. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing best practices for facility management.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for technical and maintenance advice, supporting the Property Manager and client
* Conduct regular inspections, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance is carried out to a high standard
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including engineering, risk management, and compliance
* Identify and recommend opportunities to improve maintenance and operational efficiencies
* Coordinate with employees, service providers and contractors to schedule works and manage budgets
* Prepare and complete site completion reports and communicate with clients
* Oversee restoration and reinstatement work and coordinate with client and contractors
* Attend site management meetings
Qualifications
* Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Budgeting and financial management
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in using facility management software
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
* Relevant certifications or a degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field
