The Doncaster Young People’s Housing Service is on the lookout for dedicated and enthusiastic Housing Support Workers to join our dynamic team. We deliver housing-related support to vulnerable young people aged 16-25, including those leaving care and from diverse backgrounds, as they transition into independent living.
If you have …
• A creative, flexible and imaginative approach to working with people from vulnerable groups.
• Proven ability to engage and motivate young people.
• Knowledge of current practice in relation to safeguarding vulnerable children/young people.
• Experience of housing management.
• Good verbal, written and numeracy skills sufficient to be able to make accurate written records.
• Access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence.
