We are currently seeking a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will be based at our office in Birmingham city centre and will travel around the Birmingham area, as necessary. The working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. They will also alternate Saturdays, 10am to 5pm, with a day off in lieu.
So, who are we looking for?
With previous experience in the property sales industry, you’ll be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build great rapport with anyone and everyone.
You’ll know your way around a computer and possess knowledge of MS packages whilst being comfortable picking up a range of our internal systems.
A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential.
NAEA membership or working towards this would be beneficial to your application.
And what will you be doing?
As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will play a vital role in building our New Homes brand.
Maintaining long term relationships with existing and new developer clients, you will become an expert on our current New Homes sales portfolio and client database, helping the New Homes Manager to drive forward the New Homes sales business.
You will respond to incoming new homes leads, conduct engaging sales viewings and offer additional support and services as cross selling opportunities.
Additionally, you will:
- Guide first time buyers on the Government’s Help to Buy Scheme
- Provide investors with information to enable them to select a property through us
- Assist in launching new developments onto the open market
- Attend new homes launch events and open days
- Promote marketing materials for new homes sites and new homes promotions

- Salary of £25,000 per annum with uncapped OTE of £35,000 per annum
