Senior Claims Handler - Leeds - Up to £35,000 We are working with a well-established client who is looking for an experienced Senior Claims Handler to join their team in Leeds. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage complex commercial claims, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively from start to finish. Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible guidance throughout the claims process. Collaborate with insurers, loss adjusters, directors, and account executives to achieve optimal settlement outcomes for clients. Lead client meetings to discuss claims progress and outcomes, including meeting with loss adjusters when necessary. Produce and analyse claims MI, keeping clients and internal teams informed with accurate updates. Ensure all claims are managed in compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
