Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant based at University Hospital Ayr on a permanent basis.
What you will do:
The Clinical Assessment Unit (CAU) is seeking an Administration Assistant to Senior Charge Nurse(s) (SCN) to work in their department on a full-time basis, providing comprehensive administrative support for the three senior charge nurses within the department.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Previous admin experience is essential and hospital admin is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and communication are essential. You will be able to demonstrate good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills. You will be committed to providing efficient and effective administration support and will demonstrate motivation and enthusiasm for your work within the department.
Hours:
37 hours per week.
