You’ll be the go-to expert for generating insights that fuel strategic initiatives, influencing decisions across the short, medium, and long term. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and streamlining reporting processes, making meaningful recommendations, and presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership and beyond. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Prepare and guide the execution of current and future parts and service trading strategies to drive business growth. Performance Analytics: Oversee business planning, performance measurement, and critical decision-making across multiple timelines (1-5 years). Senior-Level Presentations: Present findings and insights to senior management within Customer Service and the wider Hyundai business. Data-Driven Insights: Develop and refine a reporting suite that drives continuous improvements and business opportunities. Market Analysis: Monitor trends, including electrification, and assess their impact on the Aftersales business model. Collaborative Relationships: Manage and collaborate with key data and information suppliers like Qlik Sense, Marque Group Solutions, and IHS Markit. Data Warehouse Management: Leverage the Qlik Sense system to develop sophisticated reporting tools that offer actionable insights into performance. Market Intelligence: Design and manage a comprehensive market intelligence program, keeping Hyundai at the forefront of industry trends. Executive Reporting: Deliver high-quality executive summaries and presentations, often under tight deadlines, for Hyundai UK leadership and global stakeholders. Network Performance: Manage annual performance and bonus programs for retailers, providing insights that help boost their success.
