Teacher of Psychology (Maternity Cover) 0.8FTE (1fte for ECTs) Required from July 2025 or September 2025 We are currently seeking to appoint a Teacher of Psychology (ability to teach Health & Social Care desirable), to join our 'Inclusive and vibrant' school (OFSTED 2024). The successful applicant will be an inspirational forward thinker with a focus on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences and have a belief in our ‘can do’ culture where anything is possible. The team comprises of 3 specialist teachers of Psychology and Health & Social Care who form part of the larger Humanities Faculty (RE, Philosophy, Geography, Social Sciences). All of whom are passionate about ensuring our students have a fantastic experience in this important suite of subjects. The department has a well structured curriculum which is collaboratively produced. Outcomes at KS5 and 4 are very strong and both subjects are popular KS5 options. This is also the case for Health and Social care at KS4. The Faculty also has an exceptional extra-curricular offer including after school clubs and revision as well as incredible trips and memorable experiences. Kineton High School is an oversubscribed, diverse mixed 11-18 comprehensive with approximately 1040 pupils on roll (150 in the Sixth Form).
