We have a new vacancy for a skilled receptionist / administrator in an office environment. As the receptionist, you give the first impression of the business; therefore, you will demonstrate the correct corporate image to all visitors arriving at Rheinmetall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our staff and visitors.
This position is site-based.
Position Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
2. Maintain all security processes, issue visitor passes
3. General administration, supporting all business functions
4. Manage post and the post process
5. Operate the telephone switchboard
6. Book taxis/chauffeur where requested
7. Provide support to EAs
8. Liaise with onsite security guard
9. Contact visitor host
10. Find ways of improving the visitor experience
11. Process hospitality requests
12. Ensure visitor phones are locked away if necessary
13. Ensure no unauthorized access or tailgating
14. Monthly visitor count
