Job Title: Dealership Accountant

Location: Letchworth Garden CitySalary: £45,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable) + 10% Bonus + Car + Benefits

A large, progressive automotive group is seeking a highly skilled Dealership Accountant to join their dynamic team in Letchworth Garden City. Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts with detailed analysis and commentary.
* Liaise extensively with the Divisional Finance Directors to provide insights into financial performance.
* Collate and examine purchase and sales ledger information from the centralised accounting department.
* Supervise the Accounts staff and Sales Administrators, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Provide analytical support across the business to evaluate profit optimisation.
* Monitor and implement performance measurement tools and techniques to drive projects.
* Review capital and project appraisals to ensure financial viability.
* Assist in consolidating group budgets and forecasts.
* Undertake investigative and analytical exercises, as well as ad-hoc projects.
