Senior Project Manager - Salary circa £70,000 12 months Fixed-term contract Claims re-engineering launched in early 2022 and is an ambitious transformation programme targeted at closing the gap to market-leading performance. It encompasses change across operations, process, IT, data and analytics, and stretches across all lines of business. We are looking for a senior project manager who can go well beyond box ticking and plan management. Someone who has the energy and enthusiasm to work as a key member of our team. You will be accountable for driving success over the full lifecycle of the programme and joining up a variety of end-to-end deliveries, while keeping an eye on project costs and outcomes. Skills and Experience we are looking for: Professional accreditation (e.g., Prince 2, APM PQ) desirable Ability to build effective relationships across functions and with senior colleagues, and excellent communication skills for structuring and simplifying messages. Passionate about delivering change and successful outcomes, with strong influencing skills to drive necessary changes. Prepared to coach others, work well under pressure, own challenges, and maintain simplicity. Demonstrates energy and pace, motivating the delivery team and stakeholders across the program.
