Job Description
We are seeking a motivated SEND Operations Assistant tojoin our clients team on a temporary basis. This role supportsstatutory processes related to Special Educational Needs andDisabilities (SEND) including the Annual Review Process andtriaging incoming communications.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate responses tonotifications and requests related toSEND.
* Support the preparation and coordinationof the Annual Review process.
* Serve as thefirst point of contact for parents carers and partneragencies.
* Provide administrative support in theEducation Health Care (EHC) AssessmentProcess.
* Maintain accurate data trackingsystems related to SEND processes.
Required Experience andQualifications:
Education: RQF Level 2 orequivalent experience.
Knowledge:Thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice2015.
Skills:Excellent communication time management and organisationalskills.
