Wild Bio is a well-funded, fast-paced Oxford University spin-out working from state-of-the-art labs and offices at Milton Park, Oxfordshire. We are about to enter an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a highly organised and motivated Office Coordinator to join us and significantly contribute to delivering the change we believe in. The role We are seeking an organi s ed and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Detailed responsibilities : Employee lifecycle support : Facilitate building access for new employees. Conduct office tours and orientations. Support with onboarding and offboarding. Recruitment support Document management. Legal support: Monitor legal inbox. Coordinate NDA and commercial agreement signatures. Maintain and update contract tracker. Office management Reception duties. Ensure excellent office environment and staff satisfaction. Manage daily office tasks (dishwasher, stock levels). Coordinate weekly catering. Oversee supplier relationships (caterers, cleaners, security). Health & safety Support H&S team. Conduct routine tests and checks. Maintain accurate records. Facilities management Serve as primary point of contact for office facilities. Support office space enhancement initiatives through 2025. Manage post, shipping, and deliveries in coordination with lab ops team. Administrative support Book and track training sessions. Organi s e company social events. Minute taking. Travel logistics and booking. Maintaining relevant records. Inbox management for shared inboxes. Assisting with lab administrative tasks where needed. Knowledge and skills : Experience working in a startup environment preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for smooth running of the workplace and key health & safety requirements. For this reason, we are asking that applicants be able to work on- site all week.
