About the Role In this role we will look to you to support in the provision of effective portfolio management of all business change projects and programmes across the organisation, provide structured reporting across all business change projects and to support the Business Transformation section in all aspects of change management. We will look to you to review and monitor a range of Business Projects and programmes to ensure compliance with the original objectives, maintain accurate records of the portfolio and undertake active monitoring to ensure that the portfolio is up to date and reflects the latest position. As part of this, you will be required to provide portfolio reports and updating relevant dashboards to provide updates on projects and programmes to key decision makers. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous portfolio management or demonstrable similar experience (e.g. project management) Knowledge and experience of change management functions Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications (Project, Visio, outlook; excel and word) Experience of collating budgets, resources both internal and external to enable effective project/portfolio management and project reporting Proven experience of working within and developing ICT projects Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
