We are recruiting for a highly competent Senior Administrator to work in our commercial office in Wooburn Green.
This is a key role in our team providing sales and marketing support to the UK Commercial office and Marketing Head, focusing on ABPI compliance, and including broader administrative support for other functional areas. This extremely varied role will give you the opportunity to be involved across a wide variety of tasks and it is therefore important that you are flexible, adaptable, can learn quickly and are highly competent in the main responsibilities. We will give you support and training for the broader responsibilities where required.
Key responsibilities
* Managing the end-to-end process of material signoff - liaising with the marketing agencies to make the necessary changes so that the marketing materials can be approved, loading of marketing materials onto MMM and liaise with Medical signatories to obtain sign off and support with obtaining appropriate references.
* Production and printing of materials, i.e., product leaflets, marketing materials, business cards.
* Managing and maintaining the materials website and withdrawals of materials.
* Liaising with HCPs and KOLs to arrange travel, registration, and accommodation for meetings, conferences, and events ensuring that all transfer of values are recorded, and all agreements are signed and relevant materials approved.
* Maintaining the data for donations, grants, and transfer of value.
* Managing and recording the expenses for the marketing budget.
* Preparing rebate agreements and ensuring that they are all logged on the tracker.
* Act as Master File Delegate for Commercial Teams SOPs & assist with ongoing maintenance of Training Records.
* Other broad responsibilities around PV, payroll, recruitment, CSR, diary management, and travel bookings.
About you
Experience/Education
* Proven experience in an administrative role in a pharmaceutical sales and marketing environment.
* Experience in organising meetings/events with external HCP customers.
* Up-to-date working knowledge of the ABPI code specifically around meetings, materials, and Transfer of Value.
* Knowledge of SAP.
