Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead the provision of expert financial guidance and support to our Local Authority clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Accountant to deliver timely and relevant financial data, empowering service managers in Education, Children & Family Services to make informed management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the creation of comprehensive financial reports and analyses for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
* Collaborate with the Group Accountant to develop and implement effective financial strategies, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
* Provide proactive financial advice and guidance to service managers, fostering a culture of fiscal responsibility and prudent decision-making.
