Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in your subject area, ensuring all students’ individual learning needs are met.
* Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Participate in the school’s professional development and training programs.
* Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and pastoral support.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Maintain a high standard of classroom management to promote an effective learning environment.
Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in a teacher training program or recently completed training (including those who are ECTs).
