I am working with an excellent local employer looking to hire a Registered Manager to manage their domiciliary care services.

1. £35,000-£43,000.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
1. To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Regional Manager.
2. To continually work on marketing the service in the community and on social media.
3. To manage the launch of a new development.
4. To attend and organise events in the community to promote recruitment and welcome client enquiries.
5. To manage the business' compliance in line with company policy and CQC requirements.
6. To manage clients' care plans and to be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
7. To build and maintain strong relationships with the clients and their families.
8. To build and maintain strong relationships with commissioning bodies such as local authorities, CHC, etc.
9. To maintain a thorough understanding of the Care Act and CQC Essential Standards, applying this knowledge to all aspects of the service.
Registered Manager Requirements:
1. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary Care/Extra Care.
2. Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
3. Must have a U.K. Driving Licence.
