We are preparing to roll out a new communication software platform that will power our consumer facing brands and take us to the next level of business communication messaging.
To aid in this exciting initiative, we’re now looking for an experienced Customer Communications Manager who can help support and deliver our customer communications strategy to help us move our existing customers onto our new software platform.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the customer journey through seamless platform upgrades, collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to develop and deliver effective communication strategies, and ensure a smooth transition for our valued customers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering the communication plan for Customer Upgrades.
* Development of communications templates within the CRM and setting up of campaigns.
* Responsible for the approval of customer communication prior to delivery.
* Management of communication translation to enable communication plan delivery across Commify’s Global brand portfolio.
* Reporting on, and managing, multiple communication strategies concurrently.
* Managing the customer communications strategy through Salesforce ensuring visibility for the wider business.
* Measuring the effectiveness of communications activity and the production of monthly communication reports to update on progress.
* Acting as the point of contact to inform other functions about the rollout of Upgrade communication plans ensuring that Upgrade communication does not overlap with other business critical customer messages.
* Support the wider team on other aspects of Upgrade customer management as required including in the creation of supporting Sales and Marketing collateral.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven delivery of customer communication strategies in a software environment.
* Previous experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
* Proficient in utilising CRM systems to oversee customer interactions and communications.
* A solid background in Salesforce is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, including reporting and improvements.
* Skilled in stakeholder management and coordinating Upgrade communication plans.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
* Attention to detail in proofreading and managing communication approvals.
