This role is ideal for individuals with excellent administrative and organisational skills, particularly in minute-taking, who are passionate about contributing to the smooth running of an educational environment. Position Details: Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Long-term role with the potential for a permanent position The Successful Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in HR administration, ideally within a school or similar setting. Exceptional minute-taking skills and attention to detail. Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of safeguarding practices and maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies. A proactive approach to supporting the school's HR functions, including recruitment and compliance.
