**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, ranging from accounting and general duties, requiring attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and organise office systems, records, and files.
- Managing financial records and transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Handling accounts payable and receivable, such as processing invoices and verifying payments.
- Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external parties.
- Perform data entry and other general office duties as required.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
