Payroll Administrator Competitive Salary Hybrid – 1-2 days from home per week Our Manchester based client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in on permanent basis. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, handle queries via tickets and telephone to ensures a timely and accurate resolution. Provide additional support to the department where required. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing – (weekly payroll processes) Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries investigating where required. Process Advance Payments and adjustments. Compliance of GDPR legislation. Work to achieve team and individual KPI's Cross training with all other payroll teams across the department to fulfil internal/external implementation requirements to support change. Key Skills needed: Communication and listening Ability to work as a team Ability to work in fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure Strong attention to detail Customer Service Payroll experience Knowledge on PAYE, Tax and National Insurance.
