You will join their Commercial Insurance C laims department based in Bristol on a full time, permanent basis, with part remote/hybrid working arrangements available. Being responsible for full analysis of coverage /liability across a broad portfolio of claims for a variety of insurance products. Whilst also contributing to improving claims processes and efficiencies. Key Responsibilities include : Working closely with claims management, loss a djusters and lawyers and brokers to ensure the highest standard of technical claims handling and customer service is provided. Managing relationship with service providers / vendors including TPAs, outsource providers Assess and accurately reserve and communicate to underwriters with sound reasoning Verifying and settling claims and ensuring accuracy of financial recording and reporting Manage own case load in order to service the client promptly a nd effi cientl y and in accordance with SLAs. Management of TPA loss funds, and reconciliation processes Carry out TPA audits and provide feedback Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday What You Will Bring : This is a fantasti c opportunity for someone who possess a solid working background within commercial claims, and is looking to join an organisation who recognises the importance of an amazing company culture.
