The opportunity:
A global food company with an amazing culture are, due to their ongoing growth, now looking for a Senior National Account Manager for their Tesco Ireland business.
Working in an exciting Category and within a high performing Sales Team, you will take full ownership and accountability for the customer P&Ls.
You will have a strong commercial grip as well as a highly collaborative approach. Critical to the role will be to build a winning partnership to promote long term growth in what are key growth target accounts within the business.
What will my key accountabilities be?
* Responsible for delivering customer P&L, distribution, and Category share targets across
* brands within Tesco Ireland
* Building, negotiating and executing growth driving JBP plans with Tesco Ireland to deliver Category leading activation of brands, growing the retailers’ category and delivering profitable growth for the business
* Weekly & periodic sales reporting, with a strong understanding of drivers behind financial metrics
* Identifying key Risks and Opportunities (R&Os) within customers, developing effective modelling of opportunities, and collaborating with Category teams to construct compelling selling stories that influence customer decision-making.
* Building brilliant cross functional relationships both internally and externally. Be the voice for the customer internally and the voice for the business within the customer.
* Navigating and understanding customer needs & strategic goals using insights to develop and deliver differentiated customer account plans.
* Be an advocate within the wider business, sharing knowledge and expertise with rest of the Sales community.
* Creating and owning a step changing personal development plan.
Who will I be working with?
External:Customers – across Buying, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
Internal: Wide range of stakeholders across e-commerce, marketing, demand planning, category, and supply chain teams
A great candidate will have:
* Previous branded account management experience within a fast-paced environment.
* A winning mindset coupled with a strong track record of delivering sales targets whilst also developing great customer relationships.
* Great communicator who engages and inspires key stakeholders.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of resilience, multi-tasking capability and organisation skills.
* A high desire and willingness for personal development and progress in role.
* Great presentation skills and negotiation skills
* Strong commercial grip, with a great understanding of key commercial and revenue management levers to pull.

Second Stage – face to face meeting with a range of stakeholders from the team. Interview to explore more around some key competencies, behaviours and how you like to work. In order to give you a flavour of what you would be working on, they will brief you to prepare a short presentation for you to talk to them about.
