GMP Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Tewkesbury for a Completions Clerk to provide much needed support to a busy and award-winning legal firm. This is a office based position, that has the flexibility to be full or part time, offering a salary up to £29K. Our client is one of Worcestershire's most recognised and highly regarded Legal Firms that offers a full range of legal services for both individuals and businesses. Their Conveyancing department is one of the busiest in Worcestershire, so they are adding to the team due to continued growth and success. This position would suit a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant looking to step into a busier and more varied role. A comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing process is essential to be considered. Completions Clerk main duties: Your day-to-day role would be to manage the file from post-exchange, all the way through to post-completion/registration. Collate relevant accompanying documents for applications to Land Registry Ensure applications are submitted within the OS1 priority period and requisitions replied to before the cancellation date Ensure all communication / documentation is safely recorded and stored in the case management system and the paper file Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate registration is completed and co-ordinate responses to requisitions Ensure lender clients are fully updated on progress via the lender's chosen method of communication (eg via lender portal, email, fax or letter) Completions Clerk required skills and experience: Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and the requirements of Land Registry and lender portals Enjoy working methodically and accurately to deadlines Experience within a Legal Practice A can-do attitude and able to work with minimal supervision If the above role sounds perfect for you, or you require more information, please click apply GMP Recruitment are recruiting for this role on behalf of their client and are acting as an Employment Agency
