Are you a skilled Systems Engineer looking to contribute to a diverse range of engineering projects? We are seeking a talented individual to join a growing Systems Engineering team, responsible for deriving and managing requirements for various vehicle electrical systems. Your work will span multiple industries, including marine, automotive, motorsport, and more, focusing on the development and integration of cutting-edge technologies. Your responsibilities as a Systems Engineer: Engage with customers and key stakeholders to generate and manage project requirements. Document, communicate, and manage all project requirements across the team, ensuring traceability and compliance. Review, understand, and negotiate any conflicting or unrealistic requirements. Decompose and derive sub-functional requirements, and develop verification and validation test plans. Support final system integration, commissioning, and testing, providing technical support to customers. Develop Powertrain simulation models, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Your current experience which will help you as a Systems Engineer: Degree level education in engineering or a relevant discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role and industry. Proven systems engineering experience in the marine, automotive, fuel cell, or transport industry. Understanding of safety, type approval, and certification standards, including functional safety. Experience in customer-facing environments and delivering time-pressured projects. Skills that will set you apart as a Systems Engineer: Experience in a product development environment. Experience in systems modelling and simulation. Experience in system testing and commissioning. Experience in systems architecture definition.
