As a member of the Business Systems team, you will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting business processes managed through IT application systems. We can offer some flexibility in hybrid working for the right candidate. Project Planning and Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the project's scope and gather business and functional requirements. Technical Design and Implementation: Utilize SAP best practices to align project requirements with available functionalities. Create detailed documentation and technical specifications for building the IT solution. Leverage SAP expertise, along with input from colleagues and consultants, to complete and coordinate technical tasks. Obtain stakeholder approval for the project. Knowledge Transfer and User Acceptance Testing: Present the solution to stakeholders and users, clarifying their roles and responsibilities. Lead user acceptance testing and make necessary adjustments until you receive stakeholder approval. Documentation, Training, and Deployment: Conduct technical activities necessary for the system go-live. Ensure proper documentation, provide training, and support throughout the deployment process. Support and Continuous Improvement: Implement development and improvement initiatives as directed by the Head of IT Business Systems and the SAP Functional Team Lead. Oversee SAP ERP modules (MM, SD, FICO, WM) and any additional software. Translate project requirements into efficient business processes within SAP ERP and integrated systems. Manage IT activities from project initiation to post-implementation support. Lead project management for specific initiatives based on stakeholder needs and individual skills. Provide thorough documentation, training, process audits, and ongoing support to users and team members. Experience and Skills: SAP Configuration Experience: Over three years of experience in configuring SAP modules, including: MM/PP: Expertise in the Procure-to-Pay process for direct and indirect materials, as well as services. Proficient in handling Purchasing RFQs, Outline Agreements, Requisitions, Orders, and Invoice Management. Familiar with MRP, Production Orders, Pricing, and Costing. FICO: Specialized in profit center and cost center management, with capabilities in managing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting. SD: Skilled in managing sales orders, pricing procedures, partner profiles, rebates, deliveries, picking, dispatching, and invoicing. Knowledge of dispute management is a plus. PP: Experience in production planning. WM/IM: Proficient in stock control, inventory storage locations, storage bins, stock adjustments, and stock movements. Additional Skills: Knowledge of one or more other core SAP modules is advantageous. Experience in end-user Business-As-Usual (BAU) support. Preferably experienced in the food manufacturing sector. Technical and Business Competence: Strong technical skills with a focus on business solutions. Capable of mapping processes and developing effective solutions. Proven track record of delivering solutions at all organizational levels. Understanding of the SAP development cycle, Basis landscape, and transport systems. Beneficial knowledge of SAPscript, SmartForms, LSMW, and User Authorizations. Practical problem-solving and issue resolution skills. Clear understanding of how to drive business value and demonstrate robust business acumen. Self-motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
