Brook Street are hiring for a Commercial Waste Business Support Officer on a temporary basis for six months in Waterbeach, Cambridge.
The successful candidate will play a crucial part in providing high-quality service across various tasks, including data entry, report generation, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately complete a variety of tasks such as creating reports, correspondence, presentations, and documentation.
2. Data input and system interrogation to support daily operations.
3. Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing advice, guidance, and relevant information.
4. Managing and prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Essential Skills:
1. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
2. Good verbal and written communication skills to provide advice, guidance, and support to a range of audiences.
3. Knowledge and understanding of customer care to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Desired Skills:
1. Previous experience in an administrative, financial, and customer support role.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage your own workload independently.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
