A fantastic opportunity has arisen at NL Active, to recruit an Apprentice Membership Administrator to join our team.
The Apprentice Membership Administrator, will support NL Active in the assisting with high-quality membership support, working as part of a team to coordinate the administration of the NL Active membership scheme and SwimLincs programmes, including the processing of Direct Debits and automated BACS processes.
What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:
• Someone with the ability to work in a customer focussed environment
• Someone with basic knowledge of Data Protection & General Date Protection Regulations (GDPR)
• Someone with the ability to use computerised booking systems and front of house service provision
• Someone with the ability of delivering high standards of customer care/ service
