Support Services Administrator – Forest Holme Hospice
We are looking for a part time professional, experienced, and well-organized admin support person to join our busy teams within the Specialist Palliative Care Service at Forest Holme Hospice, Poole Hospital.
The successful applicant must possess good clerical/admin skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, accurate typing/word processing ability and good IT skills including excel. Experience of working within a healthcare environment would be an advantage, although is not essential.
The role provides support to the Complementary Therapy, Counselling and Lymphoedema teams.

This is a permanent contract for 15 hours per week (over 2.5 days).

• Booking appointments/clinic management
• Sending out appointment letters & correspondence
• Monitoring email inboxes and voicemails
• Taking telephone messages (some patients may be upset)
• Data entry/collating statistics
