As a Project and Support Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to ensure that customers using the platforms they build are supported in a timely and efficient manner in order to retain high customer satisfaction.

Key duties will include:
1. Assisting the company in providing technical support for the various maintained platforms, ensuring customer and client queries are resolved as quickly as possible to maintain good customer and client relationships.
2. Providing administrative assistance to the Project teams where required.
3. Being a relatively small and very dynamic company, the candidate will need to be able to pick things up very quickly and take responsibility for their work.
4. Having a questioning mindset and being able to look creatively and independently for solutions to problems.
5. Being proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.
Requirements:
1. There are no specific requirements for experience, but candidates must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, be keen to work in a technical environment, be results-driven, and provide excellent support to our employees, clients, and customers.
2. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. The candidate should show initiative and be good at juggling tasks and prioritising.
4. A methodical and thorough approach to work is important, showing attention to detail.
