Description:
Berry recruitment Sutton are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for our client in Leatherhead.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm. This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible for the next few weeks. It does have the potential to become permanent if you get on well.
Pay rate:
£15.50 per hour
Main duties:
1. Ensure that food is produced to high quality and presentation.
2. Working alongside and reporting to the Chef manager and facilities manager.
3. To always comply with client, company and legal requirements such as health and safety.
4. Ensure the customers always receive a prompt and courteous service.
5. Personal appearance, including uniform are always of the highest standards.
Requirements:
6. Basic food hygiene level 2.
7. Culinary qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds)
8. Experience in a similar role (Contract Catering/corporate catering).
9. Work well in a team/proactive.
10. Customer focused is a must.
11. A can do attitude.
