As part of the Commercial Enterprise team, you’ll report to the Head of Commercial Enterprise and be the go to person for managing and supporting Pobl’s Commercial Property Portfolio. Your work ensures that properties remain compliant, financially sound, and fit for purpose, all while aligning with Pobl Group’s values. Day-to-day, you’ll: Manage leases from start to finish, including renewals, rent reviews, and approvals for lettings. Lead on maintenance, inspections, and statutory compliance to ensure properties meet all legal and operational standards. Draft board reports and collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate leases and implement property improvements. Oversee income and expenditure accounts, ensuring financial accuracy and value for money. What skills and experience do you need? We’re looking for someone with significant experience in commercial property management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of lease management, rent uplifts, and landlord permissions. You’ll need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a customer-focused, solution-driven way. Strong organisational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You should also have a good understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks in commercial property, as well as experience using IT systems for property management. A relevant degree or professional experience is required, and membership of a property related professional body, such as RICS, is desirable. What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £41,490 for a 37 hour, full time, permanent position Flexible working policies – we are hybrid working.
