We are an established social housing Contractor and we are looking to add new qualified electricians to our team. Day To Day Duties Carry out EICRs and general testing to void and occupied properties Documenting works and sending to your supervisor Remedial works Installation works (alarms, consumer units, emergency lighting, re-wires, wet rooms etc) Up-Grade works Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving, decision making, be committed to delivering high quality results to clients and colleagues Tester/Installer minimum requirements (Skills & Qualifications) 18th edition City and Guilds NVQ level 3 electrical installation Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent Experienced at fault finding, testing and inspecting others work Good Microsoft knowledge and use of technology Experienced in working on social housing contracts and alike Be efficient and cost effective Be proactive, and complete all tasks on time Driver's license Tools Training would be given to individuals who show and have proven that they would like to grow into a more senior position within the team Package available: Competitive salary £42,500.00 - £47,500.00 per annum depending on experience Annual salary review based on progression and ability Company vehicle and fuel card and uniform 28 Days Holiday Inc Bank Holidays Additional day will be added after a full year has been completed Pension Scheme Generous referral scheme - £500.00 per successful recommendation
