What You’ll Be Doing
Driving Sales & Growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the coffee, grocery, delicatessen, catering, and food service sectors.
* Identify and maximize growth opportunities, focusing on upselling and cross-selling Mr Lemonade’s premium portfolio.
* Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and accounts, with a focus on coffee shops, foodservice businesses, and offices.
Strategic Leadership
* Manage and track a sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to unlock sales potential.
* Contribute to business strategy by identifying growth areas and industry trends.
Marketing & Events
* Lead trade marketing initiatives, including tastings, demos, and product promotions.
* Represent Mr Lemonade at trade shows, depot days, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
* Execute creative on-site activations to showcase products and drive sales.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to drive impactful results.
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and campaigns.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine passion for coffee, food, and drinks, with experience in the industry.
* Thrives in building and nurturing relationships with a customer-focused approach.
* Is highly organised, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
* Can work independently with a self-starter attitude.
* Brings a creative, strategic mindset and excels at finding innovative solutions.
* Is comfortable using CRM tools and proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Holds a full clean driving license and is open to local travel as needed.
Bonus Points For:
* Previous experience in FMCG or the food and beverage sector.
* A track record of delivering results in sales and relationship management.
