Position: Registered Manager
Location: Close to Crawley Down
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
2. Lead, manage, and motivate a dedicated team of staff to provide the highest quality service.
3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining a Good or Outstanding rating.
4. Handle staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
5. Monitor and improve care quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
2. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent qualification) is highly desirable.
3. Extensive care home experience, with a thorough understanding of day-to-day care provision.
4. Strong management skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and support your team.
5. In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and a successful track record in achieving and maintaining high ratings.
6. Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational processes effectively.
7. A passion for delivering outstanding care and improving the lives of residents.
