Although the post is 28 hours, we can consider the flexibility of how this will work across the working week (Monday – Friday) with the successful candidate. Please also note that Doncaster Council offer flexible working between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm through discussion with managers to meet the needs of the service.

The Early Intervention and Prevention Team are looking to recruit a temporary 28 hour, Early Help Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills and knowledge and help embed the Early Help Strategy across Doncaster.
The position requires strong skills in multi-agency working, effective communication, and a deep understanding of safeguarding and early intervention principles.
As an Early Help Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting early intervention by providing guidance, coordination, and support to schools and partner organisations across Doncaster. You will be responsible for quality assuring Early Help Assessments, supporting at Team Around the Family meetings, role modelling good practice and delivering training to Lead Professionals.
