Finance Manager Our client is seeking a skilled Regional Controller/Finance Manager to manage and enhance financial operations across the UK and Europe. Assist with payroll and HR matters in compliance with regional regulations. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience : 10 years in financial analysis within complex environments, 4 years in project management. Skills : Advanced Excel and strong ERP system capabilities (Great Plains a plus); confident presenting to senior executives. Education : Bachelor’s in finance/accounting required; MBA or certifications are a plus. Traits : Effective communicator, team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
