The Role In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and optimisation of our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring that our technological infrastructure supports operational excellence, enhances service delivery and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the CAFM system including the asset management section, helpdesk, intuitive BI, workflows, and crystal reporting, utilising technology to improve the performance of our contractual compliance and meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise will not only drive operational efficiency but also foster a culture of innovation within the organisation, and you will be the subject matter expert on all digital applications, reporting and data analysis. A desire to bring a strategic approach to problem-solving and a passion for leading teams to success in a complex digital environment is crucial in this role. About You Working to a strong values framework and positively influencing change will be important to you. The health centres are of significant importance to the local community, and you will be passionate about helping to drive their performance. You must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, and a strong background in facilities management is essential, ideally within a PFI/PPP or healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing, managing, and optimising CAFM systems, and an excellent ability to interrogate data to identify anomalies, areas for improvement, trends and areas of non-compliance. You will have a Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Digital Systems, Facilities Management, or similar) & hold or be working towards a professional membership, such as IWFM or similar.
