Job summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, reliable Community Health Care Assistant who is keen to support and deliver a range of high quality nursing and phlebotomy services to our patients based in Chester. An enthusiasm to support our team to deliver high quality services is a must for this role, and you will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be adaptable, reliable and approachable. Part time - 20 hours per week Main duties of the job Working within our integrated team, you will undertake duties involving the delivery of nursing services using a person centred approach. This involves providing quality care to patients in their own home, or patients in long term care settings, avoiding unnecessary admission to hospital.
