Job summary Network services are looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their team at Clatterbridge Wirral. This is a full time post, 37.5 hours. Main duties of the job The ANP will provide: Leadership Innovation Mastery Excellence (clinical) Act as a role model demonstrating high standards of care and providing clinical leadership to others. To develop patient pathways and be responsible for developing the nursing service. To participate in quality initiatives within the division. Work with the Multidisciplinary team to ensure that your cancer service complies with the national standards for safety andquality, which are assessed through National Cancer Peer Review Process and actively contribute with work plans. To work autonomously and seek collaborative relationships with others across and within professional boundaries. To offer advice, support and education to clinical teams across the trust and network where appropriate To offer the patient and families the skills of a Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to discuss treatment for their cancer and provide symptom control, social, emotional and spiritual care. Provision of specialist, high quality, expert nursing care and support for patients and their carers. Deliver evidence based individualised patient care according to patient's changing health care needs, through holistic needs assessment (HNA).
