Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality real estate projects? Join our Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) team at E.ON, where you'll play a key role in fitting out and adapting our real estate assets to meet the needs of our business units and support their strategic objectives. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, including developing project briefs, contracting and overseeing works, and ensuring safe, cost-effective delivery before handing over to the business. With project durations ranging from 3 to 12 months and values between £25k and £500k, you’ll work on a variety of property-related initiatives that directly impact our operational success. Reporting to the CREM Programme Manager, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple E.ON business units while also managing external suppliers and agencies for project investigations, design, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards to support business objectives. Define and agree project scope, setting clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality measures in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business. Establish and manage robust project governance, including decision-making processes, resource planning, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle. Utilise supply chain to deliver cost-effective high-quality outcomes. Manage purchasing requisitioning, goods and service receipting and invoice payment in line with organisation best practice and existing CREM Project team processes. Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards, taking action to address any identified improvements. What we need from you Proven experience in programme, project, and PMO methodologies, with a track record of successful property related project delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across multiple business areas and seniority levels. Knowledge of Health & Safety management in project delivery, ensuring compliance and risk awareness. Financial and commercial awareness, with an understanding of budgeting, cost control, and business impact. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide discussions and achieve positive outcomes. A valid UK driving licence, enabling travel as required for the role.
