London HQ - Hybrid Working
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Engineering recruiting team. The role reports into the Recruiting Manager, Engineering for UK&I. You'll work with a talented team of recruiters, gaining valuable experience across various skillsets (Front End, Back End, Full Stack, iOS and Android) and you'll positively contribute to the Global Recruiting team at Deliveroo.
Responsibilities
* Hiring: Manage the full-cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing. You'll advise on interview best practices, refine processes and build diverse talent pools of candidates, from Mid-weight all the way to Staff Engineers.
* Process Improvement: You'll identify opportunities to improve our approach and guide meaningful changes. Using data to influence hiring managers will be key.
* Data driven: Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights to the leadership team.
* Strategic partnership: Coach hiring managers and stakeholders on long-term hiring plans and serve as an employer brand ambassador for Deliveroo.
* DE&I: You'll identify gaps and develop hiring solutions that can help our organization and management team scale a diverse and inclusive team.
* Crafting memorable experiences: You'll go above and beyond to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Business partnership: Partner at senior levels across the Business and People team, translating the broader business and people agenda into a recruitment strategy and securing buy-in on this strategy with the leadership team.
* Adaptability: You'll have plenty of examples of how you've adapted quickly and stepped up to drive process improvements.
Requirements
* Experience in recruiting for product-building organizations that move at an unpredictable pace.
* Outstanding sourcing skills - build candidate pipelines; approach and build relationships with great people to join Deliveroo.
* Proficient data skills, utilizing a variety of tools (i.e. Ashby Analytics & Greenhouse), to highlight trends in data and influence through data.
* Experience growing stakeholder relationships; managing the full 360 recruitment process with the main business leaders and hiring managers.
